Lanier Flight Center has been a client of Harnessing Strengths of over a year. The contacted us to get help in to sell more Cessna Aircraft and grow their flight training. Based off their budget, we put together for full marketing strategy.

Marketing Strategy

First, we did a full site structure analysis of Lanier Flight Center current website and put together a list of the problems, duplicate content issue, and recommendation on how to improve the ranking of the site. Then we put together full market analysis, competitor analysis and keyword research report, on the industry local and across the US. Then after going over the three different reports with Lanier Flight Center management, we recommended a full redesign of their website entirely.

Website Redesign & Search Engine Optimization

First, we then put together detail sitemap and site structure to best accomplish their goals increase their rankings. Then after agreeing the the sitemap, new design, new pages, and search engine optimization recommendations, we started development. A 45 days later, we launched Lanier Flight Center a brand new 100 page site with all new content, 60 new pages, with perfect search engine optimization, and beautiful graphics.

Email Marketing & Triggered Email Services

Second we put together full email marketing campaign integrated into the website. We built them 4 custom templates specifically for Aircraft Sales, Flight Training, Christmas Specials, and Special announcement. Though the email marketing campaigns are not sent as frequently as we would recommend, it has been a huge success with selling a great deal of their aircraft inventory, marketing their grounds schools and signing up new students. We also put together a triggered email solutions, so that Lanier Flight Center could very easily follow up and send a professional, and personalized HTML email to all new leads right has the come, so they have all the materials and contact information the lead needs to take the next step.

Social Media Marketing

Lanier Flight Center already have a Facebook account when we came up board and did a great job of updating the account. However, with just a little of work, we were able to take their Facebook account to the next level adding custom sidebar traffic, and custom tabs marketing their aircraft and flight training services. We also setup a twitter account with a custom back ground setup their website to automatically update their Facebook and Twitter account when posting new articles.

Advanced Email Hosting

When we launched LFC, they were all using their personal email accounts, and we were able to setup up with our advanced company email solution where they would able to sync their email between their laptops, desktops, phones, and iPads. We were also able to brand their email with Cessna colors and give them the advanced email security as well.

Website Hosting & Webmaster

We also do all the web hosting for LFC, we hosting their website, marketing materials, and triggered email solution. We also provide full service webmaster services as we update their website on a weekly and monthly basics adding pilot accomplishments, flying news, new graphics, holiday specials, etc.
